Old Island Days Art Festival

The 52nd annual juried outdoor fine art festival features oil paintings, watercolors, sculpture, photography and other offerings by more than 100 artists from around the United States and beyond. The event takes place on lower Whitehead Street in historic Old Town.

Key West Garden Club Educational Lecture Series: Sponges, Past, Present and Future

West Martello Tower, 1100 Atlantic Boulevard, on Higgs Beach

Educational lectures are open to the public. Subjects pertain to gardening and environmental topics in the Florida Keys. Refreshments are served at the conclusion of each lecture. This month features Shelly Krueger, Florida Sea Grant Marine Agent with University of Florida.

55th Anniversary! The annual Conch Shell Blowing Contest, sponsored by Old Island Restoration Foundation, celebrates the historic importance of the conch in the Keys. Free and open to children and adults of all ages.

39th Annual St. Patrick’s Day Bar Stroll

Duval Street

Join us, and wear your green and stroll down to some of the locals' favorite bars for the annual St. Patty's Day Bar Stroll. Thank the great bars and their staff that welcome the strollers each year and we welcome some new bars, some brand new to the "Stroll".

Fourth Annual Cow Key Channel Bridge Run

Cow Key Bridge, Key West, FL

Feel like running across a bridge in the Florida Keys without waking up early or breaking a sweat? Join zany-dressed participants for the world's only Zero K across one of the shortest bridges in the Keys. The event is free to watch. 11:45am: GATHER Opening Ceremony with Cow Key Channel Girl. 12:00pm: RING & RUN - The World Famous Ringing of the Cow Bells (race begins). Don't forget to bring your bell.
