What brought you to Key West?
My husband's health forced him to retire early so we sold our house and bought a boat.

One year.

I worked as an elementary level teacher.
What do you enjoy about working for the Train?
The people – the customers are fun and my co-workers are great.
What do you enjoy during your free time?
My husband and I go sailing, snorkeling and keep in touch with our grandchildren. |

I came down to be with my wife.

I worked as a driver and then supervisor for UPS for 24 years.
What do you enjoy about working for the Train?
Most customers are on vacation and are relaxed and in a good mood. Also, the people I work with are great to be around.
What do you enjoy during your free time?
Bowling, golf, tennis, walking, and playing with my grandson, Ryan. |

Where did you originally come from?
I am a life-long resident of the Island City, and a fifth generation “Conch” to boot. My ancestors immigrated to Key West from Green Turtle Cay, Bahamas in 1845.
What did you do prior to working for the Train?
Currently, I am a student but am taking some time off to learn more about myself and my history.
What do you enjoy during your free time?
I plan to study International Law and, one day, work in the world court in France. |
